The camera will not turn on

Nine times out of ten it is the browser permission. Look for the camera icon in your address bar and allow access for jerkmate.video, then reload. On a phone, check the system settings too — both iOS and Android can block camera access underneath the browser. Still dark? Close other apps that might be holding the camera, then reload the page.

Matching feels slow or stalls

Matching normally takes seconds at any hour. If a match hangs, skip once and let the next one connect — that fixes almost every stall. If matches keep failing, drop from Wi-Fi to mobile data or the reverse; a flaky connection shows up here before anywhere else. Coins and prices

JerkMate is free to start — the opening matches cost nothing and no card is asked for up front. Longer sessions may draw on coins, and the price is always on screen before anything is spent. Nothing renews automatically, ever. If a charge looks wrong, write to [email protected] with the time and amount and a human will trace it. Accounts, history and favorites

You never need an account to start — the first match comes before any sign-up. Make one later if you want your history, favorites and coins kept between visits. The age gate keeps coming back

The 18+ check is remembered per browser. If you clear site data, browse in private mode, or switch devices, the gate politely asks again — that is intended, and it takes one tap. It never disappears entirely, because an adults-only site without an age check would not be worth running.
