Everyone on JerkMate is 18 or older — the age gate at the door is the first enforcement, not the last. Anyone who appears underage, claims to be underage, or role-plays as underage is removed and reported. There is no appeal on this rule.
Both people chose to be there, and either can end it in one tap. If she skips, that is the end — do not hunt for a rematch to argue. If you skip, you owe nobody an explanation. Anything beyond conversation happens only when both people clearly want it, and anyone can change their mind mid-session without negotiating.
What happens in a room stays in that room. Recording the other person, capturing their image, or sharing anything from a session anywhere else is a permanent ban and, where the law allows, a referral. Treat the other person the way you want your own privacy treated.
Slurs, threats, stalking and blackmail end accounts. So does anything commercial aimed at the other person — no selling, no begging, no moving the conversation to another platform for money. Asking a match for gift cards, crypto or transfers is a scam pattern everywhere on the internet; here it is also a ban.
Report and block sit one tap away in every session, and every report is read by a human moderator. Consequences run from a warning to a permanent ban depending on severity — the underage and recording rules skip the warning. If you reported someone and see them again, report again with the context; repeats escalate fast. Questions go to [email protected].
